Install the extension, sign in and handle customer messages in WhatsApp Web.

Install the extension

Get the extension from Downloads and install it from the Chrome Extensions page. After the first install, open WhatsApp Web and refresh the page to show the panel beside the chat.

Sign in and start

Open any customer chat in WhatsApp Web, then register or sign in from the extension Account page. New accounts receive trial credits. Translate a selected message, or switch to AI Reply to draft from the chat, quoted message and your instruction.

Set up professional tools

Import chats, common replies or text to build a personal style. Add product files to the local library for prices, specifications, certifications and lead times. Accounts with professional tools can select custom models from Settings.

Usage notes

  • Translation uses the nearby conversation, and a quoted message can be the focus of an AI Reply.
  • AI Reply creates an editable draft. Check prices, specifications, lead times, payment terms and other commitments before sending.
  • The local library retrieves excerpts relevant to the task. One question does not upload the whole library.
  • While trial credits or a credit pack remain valid, use translation, replies, Q&A, personal style and the local library.
