Installation and Usage Guide

Download the extension, load it in Chrome Extensions, and sign in to WhatsApp Web. The guide covers how both modes work and how to switch.

Install the extension

Download and unzip the installation package. Keep the entire extracted folder. From the browser’s top-right menu, open Extensions and then Manage extensions. Turn on Developer mode, click Load unpacked and select the entire extracted folder. Sign in to WhatsApp Web and refresh the page.

Enable AI Features

Free basic translation requires no sign-in. For AI features, register and verify your email from the extension Account page, or sign in to an existing account. Eligible new accounts receive AI trial uses automatically. Select AI translation to use context-aware translation, AI Reply and Q&A.

Configure Writing Styles and References

Open Advanced AI Features in extension settings. Under Current style, choose or create a style and import chats or common replies so AI can learn how you write. Add price lists and specifications to the local library for reference when drafting replies.

Usage notes

  • AI translation uses relevant conversation context; free basic translation processes individual messages only. A quoted message can guide an AI reply.
  • AI Reply creates an editable draft. Check prices, specifications, lead times, payment terms and other commitments before sending.
  • The local library retrieves excerpts relevant to the task. One question does not upload the whole library.
  • Valid trial or purchased uses provide AI translation, replies, Q&A, writing styles and reference retrieval. Free basic translation does not count toward your AI usage.

Choose and Switch Translation Modes

Select Free basic translation or AI translation above the input area or in extension settings. AI Reply and Q&A require AI Mode. Switching modes never sends a message automatically.

    Select free basic translation

    No sign-in required. Click the translation button beside a message or translate outgoing text in the input area.

    Enable AI Mode

    After signing up and verifying their email, eligible new users can try up to 100 AI translations for free. 20 uses are added automatically on each active day, distributed over 5 days. Select AI Mode to use Translation, AI Reply or Q&A.

    Return to free mode

    When AI uses run out, purchase a usage pack or select Free basic translation to continue translating individual messages.
